Sales & Returns Policy

All spa covers are custom made to your dimensions and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun (usually within 2 business days after your order is submitted).  Therefore, if you wish to cancel an order you place on this website, you must do so before we begin production.

Because we are relying on the dimensions you supply with your order, it is incumbant upon you to be sure the dimensions are accurate.  We cannot be responsible for a spa cover that does not fit properly if the dimensions you supplied are incorrect.

Spa covers are shipped by common carrier to tractor-trailer accessible areas only.   Refusal to accept a shipment does not constitute a cancellation of your order or entitle you to a refund.
